DR. SHERTERICA HALL

I prefer to be called Dr. Sherterica (sher-terry-cah).

I’m a Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, Somatic Healing Practitioner, Mother, and all-around dope human. I grew up in Los Angeles with a spirit that never really fit into the box and I’ve learned that’s actually my superpower.

I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and how incredible it really is. It’s not just bones, muscles, and nerves. Our bodies  are where our emotions, energy, and stories live too. That’s why I don’t just look at symptoms. I look at the physical, emotional, and energetic, the whole person.

My work blends chiropractic care, bodywork, energy healing, and somatic practices. Sometimes that means helping you release tension that’s been locked up for years, sometimes it’s calming your nervous system so you can finally exhale, and sometimes it’s simply reminding you that your body already knows how to heal and it just needs the right support.

At the heart of it, I care about helping people feel at home in their own bodies. Whether you come in for pain relief, stress release, or deeper healing, my goal is to meet you where you’re at and walk with you toward feeling better from the inside and out.
